Our elderly mother died recently in her condominium. My sister, Fran, observed first hand the care given to our mother. My brothers and I made brief trips to St. Louis and although we live on the east and west coasts of the United States, were able to comprehend the solid job that your agency performed, especially during the period from June until her death on August 9th, when mom was in a hospice arrangement and her condition was getting worse and worse.
We particularly want to praise two of your caregivers who were compassionate, professional, and reliable; Sue Shockley during the days from Mondays through Thursdays and Anna Ghounem seven nights a week. Each of them gave loving care to my mother. Although mom became weaker and weaker, we think she was delighted to have Sue and Anna taking care of her
I had daily telphoned my mother for several years. When she was no longer able to talk to me on the phone, I spoke regularly to Sue and occasionally to Anna, and learned the latest about mom's condition. The phone calls were very pleasant and I greatly appreciate the feedback from two excellent caregivers.
Thank you for all your efforts to ensure that proper care was given to my late mom.

Thank you Home Helpers for carefully selecting Ellen as caregiver for my dad. His special needs and reluctance for change was met with tremendous patience, compassion and understanding. As a result, Dad has been able to gradually become more independent and remain in his own home.
I'm very grateful for the excellent care and many extras Ellen has provided. I would highly recommend Ellen and Home Helpers to those in need of an alternative to a nursing facility. Thanks for reducing some of the burden and worry of caring for Dad. I'm now able to focus more on my own responsibilities.
