Home Helpers was opened due to the desire to serve our local communities and meet a pressing need. Our collective goal is to keep the individual(s) we serve as independent as possible living in the comfort and safety of their own home.

We strive to promote a family orientated and respectful working environment. Our caregivers are experienced, compassionate and caring individuals which are bonded and insured. All our caregivers are seen as our assets and we focus on growing them through continuing education. We provide CPR and First Aid Certification for our employees.

Direct Link enables you to stay at home and keep your independence instead of going to a retirement center or nursing home. Direct Link monitors the home for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The individual just presses the small wireless button worn around their neck or wrist and our professionally trained staff will send help immediately.

As owners, we are very involved with the business ensuring that we provide the best care available. We have each been personally touched by a loved one that, at one time, needed home maker services or personal care. Again, our desire is to give back and serve the community which has lead us to this exciting opportunity.

Not only are we compassionate about serving clients, we also are passionate about serving our communities. We are respected members of the The River Bend Growth Association, COCMA and The Exchange Club of Alton. We have worked closely with the St Louis ALS Association and helped an individual with this crippling disease secure a grant for care. We truly enjoy working with and serving people.

Home Helpers of SW IL, North County and St. Charles County, MO will provide in-home non-medical personalized care meeting individual client needs and exceeding their expectations. Our pledge is to treat each client and caregiver with integrity, fairness, dignity and compassion. Also, we will give back to our communities thru involvement in charitable activities and volunteer causes.
